A man was fatally shot Friday in Compton.
Sheriff’s deputies responded at approximately 12:57 a.m. to the intersection of Compton Boulevard and Lime Street where they found the victim, said Deputy Miguel Meza of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
