Passes went on sale Tuesday for the 40th edition of AFI Fest, which will be held over five days in October at the TCL Chinese Theatres in Hollywood.
The American Film Institute’s annual film festival will run Oct. 21-25 and feature red carpet premieres, special screenings, world cinema, documentaries and short films, according to organizers.
Festivalgoers can choose from the Star Pass, Patron Pass and a new Marquee Pass.
The Star Pass provides access to all screenings except red carpet premieres, along with early screening selection and theater access, access to the festival lounge, AFI Fest merchandise and free rush access, organizers said.
The Patron Pass includes the Star Pass benefits along with access to red carpet premieres and priority screening selection and theater access.
New this year, the Marquee Pass will offer premium access, personalized service and additional hospitality benefits, according to AFI.
AFI Fest is the American Film Institute’s annual celebration of international cinema and features screenings, panels and conversations with filmmakers.
