Authorities Wednesday identified a woman who was struck by a vehicle and killed while walking on an on-ramp to the Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Santa Monica over the weekend.
Jozelle Hall, 50, died at the scene at about 10:35 p.m. Sunday on the Cloverfield Boulevard on-ramp to the eastbound freeway, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office and the California Highway Patrol.
Hall’s death has been classified by the coroner’s office as an accident.
