A 49-year-old transient was found stabbed to death by an Anaheim bus stop early Wednesday.
Officers were sent about 2:15 a.m. to the 1200 block of Magnolia Street and found the victim on the sidewalk suffering from at least one stab wound, Anaheim police Sgt. Daron Wyatt said.
The man, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was homeless and frequented the area, Wyatt said.
Police do not have any suspects or a motive for the killing thus far, he said.
Magnolia was closed in both directions between Ball Road and Lola Avenue until shortly before noon to allow investigators to process the crime scene, Wyatt said.
Anyone with information was asked to call Orange County Crime Stoppers, which accepts anonymous tips, at (855) TIP-OCCS.
