A 67-year-old Laguna Niguel man will face a pre-trial hearing in a week after pleading not guilty to molesting two underage girls he is related to in 2018.
Eusebio Buendia Ramos is charged with a count of sexual penetration by foreign object of a victim younger than 14, four counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14 and a count of oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger, all felonies.
Ramos entered his not guilty plea Monday in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana and was ordered to return to court March 16 for a pretrial hearing in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
The two girls are 12 and 13 years now and were allegedly molested in 2018, according to Orange County sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Breckner and court records. Ramos is related to the girls, Breckner said.
