Do you really want to see – and pay big bucks for – the Los Angeles Lakers in a pre-season game at Honda Center after the team just ended its worst season in Southern California and lost Kobe Bryant to retirement?

Doesn’t it seem as if that agonizing season mercifully, finally just ended?

Despite it all, the “new” Lakers and new head coach Luke Walton want your money as tickets for the Los Angeles Lakers preseason games at Honda Center will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday at ticketmaster.com and by phone at (800) 4-NBA-TIX.

Tickets for the Oct. 4 game against the Sacramento Kings and Oct. 21 game against the Phoenix Suns are priced at $27, $44, $79 and $129.

Tickets for groups of 15 or more are available online at hondacenter.com or by calling (714) 940-2859.

The Oct. 4 game is the Lakers first of the preseason and will be Luke Walton’s first game as their coach. The Oct. 21 game will be their last of the preseason.

The Lakers will also play preseason games at Staples Center Oct. 7 against the Denver Nuggets and Oct. 11 against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Tickets for the games at Staples Center will go on sale on a later date.
