Overnight lane and ramp closures in both directions of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway will begin Monday evening between the cities of Santa Fe Springs and Baldwin Park.

Up to two lanes of the 605 will be closed in both directions between the San Bernardino (10) Freeway and Telegraph Road starting as early as 10 p.m. Monday and lasting until 5 a.m. each morning through Friday.

All corresponding southbound on- and off-ramps may be closed from 7 p.m. to as late as 6 a.m. as work continues, according to Caltrans. Northbound and southbound I-605 Connectors from the north- and southbound 65 to the eastbound and westbound Pomona (60) Freeway will be closed as early as 7 p.m. and lasting until 6 a.m. as work progresses.

Eastbound and westbound connectors from the 60 to the north- and southbound 605 will close nightly starting at 7 p.m. until as late as 6 a.m. the following morning.

Additionally, the connectors from the north- and southbound Golden State (5) Freeway to the northbound 605 will be closed starting from as early as 7 p.m. and lasting until to 6 a.m.

The work is part of the $259 million Super 605 corridor project to rehabilitate the 605 from Long Beach to the San Gabriel Valley.
