A 69-year-old nonverbal man who suffers from mental conditions was located Monday after he went missing from Long Beach.
Brian Radeth Eng had last been seen at 7:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1200 block of East 10th Street, near Orange Avenue, according to the Long Beach Police Department.
Details of where and when he was located were not available.
