A man was hurt Wednesday after he lost control of his car, hit a gate, then bounced off a telephone pole and finally slammed into a wall in Orange, authorities said.
The crash took place outside 425 E. Collins Ave. about 1:45 a.m., said Orange Fire Department Capt. Jack Nogle.
“I have no idea how he lost control,” Nogle said.
Orange Police Sgt. Philip McMillan said officers were still trying early Wednesday morning to determine what happened, but it did not appear that the driver was under the influence.
