Santa Ana police Tuesday asked for the public’s help tracking down a man and a woman recently reported missing.
Leticia Santos Orozco, 48, was last seen near 17th and Fairview streets at about 6:45 a.m. on Dec. 11, according to Santa Ana Police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.
Orozco recently moved in with her brother in Santa Ana at the end of November when she separated from her husband of 14 years, Bertagna said. Shortly after her estranged husband asked for a divorce she went missing, Bertagna said.
The estranged husband is not considered a suspect, the corporal added.
Orozco is 5-feet-6, weighs 150 pounds and has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. She is missing a front tooth.
Police were also looking for Casey Wayne Crocker, 51, who was last seen Friday when he went out to buy cigarettes at noon, Bertagna said.
Crocker, who is from Colorado, was in town staying with a friend in Santa Ana, Bertagna said. The missing man has a drinking problem and is known to have seizures, Bertagna said.
Anyone with information was asked to call police at (714) 834-4211, (714) 245-8731 or (714) 245-8353.
